Applications

Acrylic edge polishing by application

What are you making? Most shops don't shop by model number. Start with the parts coming off your saw and we'll point you at the machine and tooling that finish them.

Displays & POS

Short runs, constant changeovers and clear acrylic that has to look flawless under retail lighting. Straight glossy edges and 45° bevels for glued corners are the daily work here.

Typical parts
Countertop displays, risers, brochure holders, cosmetic towers, shelf talkers

Finish & machine type
High gloss straight edges and glue-ready 45° bevels — usually a semi-automatic or CNC polisher.

Signage & lettering

High volumes of small, repetitive parts plus the occasional oversized panel. Flame polishing can't keep up or hold consistency across a job — a diamond edge does.

Typical parts
Flat-cut letters, logo panels, light boxes, wayfinding, faces and returns

Finish & machine type
Consistent gloss on repetitive parts — a CNC polisher for panels, a portable beveler for letters.

Trophies & awards

Thick blocks, deep bevels and a gluing surface that has to disappear in the finished piece. Tilting heads and repeatable depth control matter more than raw speed.

Typical parts
Cast blocks, layered awards, bevelled plaques, engraved crystals in acrylic

Finish & machine type
Deep bevels and invisible glue joints on thick blocks — a tilting-head polisher.

Architecture & interiors

Long panels, heavy sheet and mixed materials — including composites and PMMA laminated with paper or aluminum. Working length and material versatility drive the machine choice.

Typical parts
Balustrades, partitions, wall cladding, light diffusers, feature panels

Finish & machine type
Gloss or satin on long, heavy panels and laminates — a large-format CNC polisher.

Furniture

Large, awkward, already-assembled parts where taking the machine to the work beats moving the work to the machine. Portable bevelers finish on the bench or on site.

Typical parts
Tables, chairs, cabinet fronts, shelving, acrylic hardware

Finish & machine type
Gloss edges and bevels on assembled or awkward parts — a portable finisher or beveler.

Scenography & exhibits

One-off builds on tight deadlines, finished in place as often as in the shop. Fast setup and portability outweigh automation here.

Typical parts
Set pieces, museum vitrines, trade show builds, prop fabrication

Finish & machine type
Fast gloss on one-off parts, often on site — a portable finisher or a compact polisher.
