Automatic tilting head
The automatic head permits angled polishing automatically, without the need for calculations or manual adjustments. Max. inclination workpiece -2º up to +63º.
Electronic adjustable depth
Regulate working and polishing depth electronically. The operator sets the desired depth with millimeter precision from the control panel — improving efficiency, repeatability and quality on jobs that need constant accuracy.

Bermaq AMI-C
Two models for a perfect solution — AMI-C 2100 & AMI-C 3100
The Bermaq AMI-C is an automatic, large-format CNC edge polishing machine for acrylic (PMMA), polycarbonate, PETG and composite panels. It comes in two working lengths — 82.6" (AMI-C 2100) and 122" (AMI-C 3100) — and its automatic tilting head polishes straight 90° edges or bevels from -2° to +63° without manual setup. Depth is set electronically from the 10.4" touchscreen, and the Bermaq parameter library stores settings by material, thickness and tool. We run Bermaq polishers in production at our Orange, California shop.

82.6" (2,100 mm) on the AMI-C 2100 and 122" (3,100 mm) on the AMI-C 3100. Minimum part length is 8".
+Can the AMI-C polish bevels?
Yes. The head tilts automatically from -2° to +63°, and parts up to 4.13" thick can be polished at 45°.
+What power does the AMI-C need?
230 VAC or 208 VAC 3-phase, or 380 VAC 3Ph+N, 50/60 Hz, 5.0 kW total, plus 6 bar compressed air and an 80 mm vacuum connection.
