UHPC machine core
The core of the machine is made of UHPC (technical concrete), giving extreme rigidity and absorbing vibrations up to 95%. The front reference bar has anchor points that keep it stably in place and can be readjusted for a constant depth of cut.
Milling / polishing unit
CNC-controlled unit with automatic adjustment of the tilting value, milling depth and clamping bridge position. Tilting ranges from 0° to +63°, with anti-streaking system.
Multi-function table
The table design reduces streaking on the milled and polished workpiece surface, with anchor points for additional lateral stops or custom devices.
Tools
Delivered with a EURACRYL ES milling / polishing head for 4 cutters. Produces glossy or satin surfaces on PMMA, PC, PETG, SAN and mixed materials with paper or aluminum.
Work area
The work area is illuminated and protected by a transparent safety curtain.

Large format fully automatic CNC edge polishing
The Kuper Euracryl ABP 310 is a fully automatic, large-format CNC edge polishing machine for high-volume production. It handles parts from 20" to 122" (up to 244" with overhang) and 0.08" to 4.72" thick, with a CNC tilting milling/polishing unit from -3° to +63°. Its UHPC technical-concrete core absorbs up to 95% of vibration, and the CNC sets tilt, milling depth and clamping-bridge position automatically. It finishes PMMA, PC, PETG, SAN and mixed materials such as PMMA with paper or aluminum.
