Specs & photosWhat an edge polisher does
Saw and router cuts leave a rough, frosted edge. An industrial edge polisher mills that edge flat with diamond tools and polishes it in the same pass — clear high gloss, a softer satin edge, or a flat glue-ready surface for bonded joints. The result is consistent from the first part to the last, which flame polishing and hand buffing struggle to match.
Straight edges vs bevels
The Bermaq AMI-C and Kuper Euracryl ABP 310 tilt automatically up to +63°; the Bermaq AM2-i tilts manually to +45°. For chamfers and bevels on smaller parts, the Euracryl V30 and V20s Cube bevelers are faster to set up. The A26 Cube finishes straight edges on material up to 1" thick.
Large-format or portable?
Start with your longest part and your volume. Long panels and production batches point to the AMI-C or ABP 310; shorter runs to the AM2-i; small parts, in-place work or a second station to the portable Cubes. +What is an acrylic edge polishing machine?
A machine that mills and polishes the sawn or routed edge of acrylic (PMMA) and other plastics with diamond tools, leaving a clear, glossy, satin or glue-ready edge in one pass — without flame or hand buffing.
+Can these machines polish PMMA and polycarbonate?
Yes. Every machine on this page is rated for cast and extruded PMMA and PC. Most also handle PETG, SAN and composites; see the material table above for each model.
+What is the difference between a straight-edge polisher and a beveling machine?
A straight-edge polisher finishes the edge at 90°, and on the Bermaq and Kuper models the head also tilts for bevels. A beveler such as the Euracryl V30 or V20s is built specifically for chamfers and bevels on smaller parts.
+Which machine handles long parts and large-format work?
The Bermaq AMI-C polishes parts up to 122" (AMI-C 3100) and the Kuper Euracryl ABP 310 up to 122", with overhang up to 244". The Bermaq AM2-i covers parts up to 55".
+Can I send material for a test?
