What we service

Tooling, not just sharpening

Most shops call us for resharpening and stay for the tooling. Both sides of the service run out of the same Orange, CA floor.

Resharpening — any brand

Diamond cutters, finishers and milling heads reground to original geometry, balanced and test cut before they ship back. If it polishes plastic, send it.

Replacement & new tooling

Euracryl heads, cutters and finishers matched to your existing machine — including machines from other manufacturers.

Finish changes

Moving a machine from gloss to satin, or adding a gluing-surface setup, is usually a tooling change rather than a new machine.

Wear diagnosis

Edges going cloudy or chattering is often runout, feed rate or depth — not a worn tool. We tell you which it is.

Why it matters: a dull or out-of-balance diamond tool shows up as cloudy edges, chatter marks and inconsistent gloss. Regular resharpening keeps finish quality steady and gets more life out of every tool. Questions about a specific machine? Contact our tooling team.

Resharpening FAQ

+What diamond tools can you resharpen?

Diamond cutters, finishers and milling/polishing heads from acrylic edge polishing machines — Bermaq, Kuper Euracryl and other brands.

+Do I need to own a CNL machine?

No. We resharpen other manufacturers' diamond tooling, and Euracryl heads fit 210 machine models from 61 manufacturers.

+Where do I ship tools?

CNL Edgeworks Inc., 2296 N. Batavia St Suite B, Orange, CA 92804. Send the request form first so we know what's coming.

+Why resharpen instead of replacing?

A sharp, balanced tool keeps the edge finish consistent and extends tool life. Resharpening restores the original geometry so the tool keeps producing the finish it was built for.

+How are tools checked before they ship back?

Each tool is inspected for wear, chips and runout, reground and balanced, then test cut on our own shop machines.
